Unwanted ads …
the site forced me to put one star when I would have preferred no star. I was attracted by the ads for this company and completed an online order form but as soon as I discovered it was a Chinese company I did not proceed as I have had such bad experience with these companies before .There are often problems with delivery and customs costs. It costs a fortune to return anything and the clothes are often very shoddy , poorly made and always very small. Ever since then I have been plagued by pop up ads which appear on my screen in the middle of whatever else I am doing including zoom calls covering up whatever else is on my screen. There is no way of closing them down other than by clicking on and being directed to the website. I have complained to customer service who variously blame the ad company or google but basically seem to suggest they have no control over their own advertising material about which they say there is nothing they can do. This is yet another problem of dealing with companies who are not based in Europe.
