No big deal, I ordered directly from website versus Amazon. No USPS Priority shipping notice was received so I contacted customer support via phone. I was told to email for immediate response. I did not receive immediate response. Finally received an apology with a mention of first shipment being lost and replacement is (still) on the way. That said, while waiting I ordered the 500 watt model from Amazon which came in one day and I absolutely love it!!
