Unexpected extra costs not communicated upfront We ordered custom magnets, but the first production had clear mistakes and looked very different from the approved design. A reprint was needed, which took an unusually long time. In the end, we were forced to pay additional shipping costs due to these delays, even though the errors were not on our side. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
