Second Review as JJs House only replied to 1st one with some fobbed off excuse and there is still no sight of either a dress delivery (which can be immediately returned despite checking & double checking address as requested - yes, JJs I do know where I live) or a refund. What a scam - all customers beware. This is not an honest site. Your money is at risk. Second update: 23 Aug…. Still no dress, still no refund. Fresh post on Trust Pilot as JJ House don’t seem to offer any form of customer service. UPDATE: 15 Aug, address checked & confirmed as being correct and still not sign of dress. Still no refund. Please don’t waste your money on this company. Would give minus stars if at all possible. Daughter bought prom dress from here many weeks ago. Company insisting the courier tried to deliver - no missed delivery notifications, someone in the house all day the date they claim to have tried. Paid to rearrange delivery - still no delivery. Dress now somewhere lost and unknown but company claiming to try to rearrange again. Too late for prom now as second dress has been bought. Contacted customer service to ask for straight refund. Dress missing in transit, now too late. What a joke…. Will offer 50% value voucher to spend on site (erm, no thanks, won’t be buying from you again) or a 30% refund. I would swear but this website algorithm won’t allow me to. My daughters hard earned pocket money all wasted by a crooked site.
