Only one complaint
I have been using this site fairly extensively over the last couple of months or so, and by and large it has been a great experience. Only one minor complaint. While placing my latest order it took quite a bit more time than my previous experiences. I would have appreciated the sales person telling me that there was a delay and why instead of my having to ask if there was a problem. Otherwise everything was excellent as usual hence the 4 star rating this time instead of the normal 5 star.
