The customer service is great
The customer service is great, my package was delivered to the wrong house and we looked at the photo FedEx posted and all the houses in my neighborhood are brick and the picture showed a yellow house they instructed me to call FedEx and have them pull up the photo they took and then instruct FedEx to pull up the house on google and it was obvious that it’s not my house FedEx gave me a claim #, then I called back gave them the number….very easy super helpful, I’m guessing they will send a new medication since it has to be refrigerated and it over 100 degrees outside here
