I received my cross stitch kit that was short on threads. This is the 3rd product with this problem. The company's solution was to either supply myself with missing threads or continue as far as poss then let them know of the shortages which they would then send but would take weeks at the very least to arrive if ever! It took 1 month for the item to arrive in first place Totally unsatisfactory
