THIS VENDOR IS A SCAMMER
THIS VENDOR IS A SCAMMER. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. I ordered a Halloween custom for my daughter from this vendor online on Sept 29, 2019. The credit card chard charge went through immediately. The next day, we got an e-mail that the Costume was out of stock & wanted us to buy something else from them. My daughter was very disappointed and I was surprised at the fact that if the item was not in their stock why the online order had gone through? Anyway, & I wanted to receive my credit card refund back. They stated that it would take 3-5 business days from Oct 01, 2019 to receive my refund credit back. It has been way over that timeframe & I have tried calling them on the phone to follow up, but no live person answers their phone & they do not return calls. I have tried e-mailing them, but they kept saying 3-5 business days. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from them stating that the credit was issued & it is up to my bank to post the credit on the account & sometimes it could take 1-2 months. I an extremely frustrated by their jerking me around. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
