I ordered the 300ah mini
I ordered the 300ah mini based on a YouTube review by Will Prowse. It arrived in good condition and I fully charged it and then put it to use in my off grid solar setup. Just a few days later I got a $50 refund from Watt cycle because Will notified them that their 300ah battery only tested to 280ah - the capacity marked on the Eve cells. That was good of them. A few weeks later I got a phone call from a very nice and polite young woman from China just to see how my battery was working out. Then she asked if I would write a review on their website. I said I would. I spent over an hour writing an honest review. After it was submitted I got a thank you email and a discount code towards my next purchase. I checked online later but did not see my review posted on their website so I emailed them and asked what was the matter with my review. They asked me to send them a copy of my review and I told them I couldn't because I wrote it on the website and had no copy. Then they asked me to post another review and include pictures and they would give me a $50 credit towards another battery. To be honest, I was insulted. I had written a very good review already and they may have thrown it out because I mentioned the false advertising and Will Prowse or they just plain lost it. They couldn't just be honest and admit it. I wasn't going to bow down to their $50 bribe for a five star review. So at that time I had another 280ah battery in my Wattcycle cart ready to buy but I just didn't feel good about Wattcycle. Their product was good but the customer service was really not commensurate with their products. I ordered another 280ah big battery from Eco Worthy for the same price of the Watt cycle 280ah battery with the $50 discount. It got an even better review from Will Prowse. What Watt cycle did well was man up and offer a refund when they were caught selling their 280ah battery as a 300ah one. That was the right thing to do. And to actually have a very nice customer service person from China call me was impressive... She spoke English very well. They just couldn't admit that they didn't like my review I posted or just plain deleted it by accident if that was what happened.
