Update : Great Idea...but loads of improvements needed
I can understand the attraction of Panda Remit with its low fees, but having sent a low transaction between HK and thailand, and having to wait 5 days even when the "Partner Bank" has recieved the monies is fall advertising....even more strange is that reaching out to the Customer Support staff who just say "sorry" but cannot give a credible reason for the delay... Great idea...app is easy to use, but customer service needs to be improved, as well of the ability to follow up and find out exactly why there is a delay in the payment An Update... I believe in second chances so I conducted another transfer and all went through quickly and efficiently... Definitely suggest trying out Panda Remit to others but please do your own checks first to make sure you are happy.. Thanks again Panda Remit for the new remittance
