refund only 30% of price???
I ordered a product from the company on 26th June, which has never reached me and was returned by the courier company to them. We agreed that they would re-send it to me but till date they did not resend it 9th September), when I wrote them I dont wait any longer, they offered me to refund 30% of the price only or offer a 50% voucher...what the hell, its simple stealing. And they referred to their "policy", however on their website re Refunds they dont mention anything like that. So I am still chasing them for my money!....unfortunately I cant reply to the below reply from the company, after I refused that I am accountable for the delivery company's failure Sunseaup finally decided to refund 100% of my money...thank you! To make it fair: what they below write is true, just did not take my arguments into consideration so actually it does not cover the story in full.
