Won't Buy From Them Again
I bought a single flat back earring. Although it looks nice, after a few weeks it fell out. This continued to keep happening. It looked like the thread on the screw was faulty and probably too short. I messaged J&Co to see if there was anything they could do but they said there wasn't as I couldn't prove the fault!!!! I was shocked by the response as I only made a general inquiry to see if we could find a solution. I told them I thought the item was faulty as it kept unscrewing and falling out every few days. I said I was happy to return this one for a replacement but they refused and then stopped replying. I would advise buying only if you are happy to accept substandard product and zero customer service. They will not replace a faulty product, even if you return it. They will ignore messages and take zero responsibility. I will never buy from them again. I'd rather spend my money with businesses that care about their customer satisfaction.
