I was very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a part for a customer that needed their Surface Pro repaired quickly. The customer paid for expedited shipping and I expected to get the part within 3-5 business days, After ordering the part, nothing happened for an entire week. I was finally contacted by someone 7 days later and learned that everyone had been on a holiday and no one was even paying attention to the orders. I was still charged the expedited shipping, but I had to refund that to the customer, along with another discount for their inconvenience. This is not how a business should be operated and I do not plan on using this supplier again.
