Very Poor Support. Product worked for a week then quit
Took a while to set it up but pretty happy with the results once that was done. Then - woke up one morning and all data had been lost. Contacted support, waited, contacted support again, waited, contacted support to say that sadly it would be going back if no tech support was offered for this very technical machine. Ticket no 207226 if there is anyone out there willing to fix this now. Re response. Sorry, too little, too late. Sending it back- and even that was not the easiest experience. FOLLOW-UP - company's idea of a solution was to offer some extra blades. Not much use when the machine simply ceases to function and weeks go by with no useful customer service response. ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT
