Unprofessional Company incapable of clarity.
If zero was a number possible to use to review this company I think that still would be a big number to give to Benro. This company used Kickstarter to get money for a product, they've collected over 2 million dollars from backers in the spring of 2023 and as of today May 2024 I haven't received my unit and like me other people is still waiting for their units as well, I've asked for refunds and never got taken seriously on that, their updates on the production and shipping are awful, All is asked is more clarity, especially when you play with people's money.
