The software doesn't fix my corrupted video
The software doesn't fix my corrupted video. I requested a refund immediately, they asked for proof that the software wasn't able to fix it. I send them all of the videos: the bad one, the good ones as samples. They dragged it for 8 days, then sent me a working video fixed by their technicians. But the issue is that I need it to present to my company the day I bought the software, also currently the software still can't fix my broken video by itself - and must be done via support technicians. I asked for the refund and they said it passed their 7-days period for refund? What's a reason!
