I have had my account for several years. I have never really had an issue. Now that I have an issue, it is irritating to me that I have to wait to access my own money while you re-VERIFY my identity again. I had a large direct deposit come through that I have been waiting YEARS for and the money is there and I cannot access it and there is no easy way to get the documents together that you need to verify I am who I am. I am not closing my account, but I am thinking about transferring the deposit I received to a bank with branches so if this happens again, I can easily just take my ID to show who I am and that is it. I had deposited money into my account yesterday too and THAT money is also locked because you suspended my account.
