I worked with The Job Sauce as a candidate and am glad I did. They initially reached out to me with a compelling job opportunity and were up-front about the compensation for the position. Eric conducted a screening interview to make sure it was a good potential mutual fit and prepped me for what to expect with the company. He didn't waste my time and was in touch with me throughout the process, always responding promptly. Once I got the job, a few sessions with a career coach (Debbie) were offered, which was a great touch and super helpful. Overall a great business model run by good people.
