Order lost and quick solution
I ordered three expensive bottles and my order was delayed and then officially lost. I contacted the customer service and they started an investigation, then after a couple of days another shipment was made. I appreciated the timely responses of the customer service associates and their quick solution. The bottles were extremely well packed and protected. Thank you
