DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I used my bag twice and the snap broken which left my bag to be open the entire rest of the day. I then had to carry the bag as a clutch the rest of the day which is not easy when you’re trying to enjoy your day site-seeing around town. The bags are not made of durable, quality materials. When I reached out to customer support they said there was nothing they could do about it as I am not within their 30 day return policy. I was not even asking to return the product, only if they had a solution to fixing the broken snap since glue wouldn’t work. Glad I flushed $55 down the toilet. I am all about supporting artists, but I think this is a scam.
