Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. AVOID Placed 3 separate orders totalling £1,000. All 3 orders have no tracking status after 1 month. I was told to wait another week so I did, still nothing. I was told to wait a further week, nothing again. Now they tell me to wait another 59 days as 90 days is their fallback in their T&C's I have requested refunds and cancellations but they have refused!
