Return Shipping At Your Expense (High Cost!)
I purchased a maxi fairy linen skirt for $96.99 (free shipping). The item arrived in time and packaging was in good condition. The skirt was made from the lowest thread count and was transparent from thigh to foot - definitely not worth the price I was charged, so I decided to return the item. I started the return process, Tracy from Linennaive was courteous and helpful - note: their return policy is that the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and customer pays for return shipping, which is to China. The first thing Tracy told me when I requested a return, is how expensive it will be. She then gave me odd return instructions, asking me to lie about the value of the item I was returning. Needless to say that after shipping the item at my cost, waiting 2 months and contacting customer support many times, I never received my refund. PS. Make sure that your return is insured for the value of the item you are returning as this is most likely the only way that you will get your money back.
