100% useless
100% useless, online chat "customer service" didn't even bother to actually read what I was telling them about my issue... They kept telling me to do things that 100% did NOT apply to my problem, or they would send me to watch a video that ALSO 100% did NOT apply to my problem. Completely USELESS!!! wasted over 2 hours of my day and all that was accomplished was them showing me they are clueless and useless...
