False promises
One start until they fulfill their shipping promises! I used to buy from them before and to be honest never got disappointed. Only one time a phone broke within rhe warranty they offered half its price and I could keep it which is odd. Now bought a new item that should be shipping from their E.U warehouse with 48 hours. We are now 5 days later and their chatbot promise it will ship with 48 hours. I could have bought the same item from the manufacturer 30 euro or 15 % more expensive and at least i would have gotten 2 years warranty and peace of mind and it should have been with me now
