The most incompetent support reps I've ever talked fo

The mower itself has been fantastic for the last 3 years until it all of a sudden stopped charging 9 weeks ago. So I reached out to support and the entire process has been shockingly horrible. The first issue was that they confidently recommended that the charging adapter was faulty so they charged me $180 to buy a replacement. That arrived and I swapped it out and it didn't fix the issue so I reached out to let them know. You know what they said? They said that the charging adapter was faulty so I should buy a replacement for $180. I thought for sure someone just didn't read our correspondence so I pointed out that I already bought a new adapter and that didn't fix it. But instead of responding with an apology, they tried to explain how the issue is definitely with the charging adapter and I have an old model of charger and need a new one for $180. Complete and utter incompetence! Then they said I had to ship the mower in for an inspection. At this point I didn't trust them but had no other options so I sent packaged it up and sent it in. Over the weeks that followed they shared how there were delays in processing the inspection and then they finally said they did a thorough inspection and have provided a "detailed quote". This quote they attached was NOT detailed and simply had line items saying what needs to be replaced, and if not only included the drive board module (the likely culprit) but also replacement of the 2 batteries which have shown me no indication of being faulty (they charged fine and ran for long stretches before the mower stopped charging completely) so naturally unexpressed my concern about the batteries being in the invoice and asked for an explanation of what the inspection techs did that lead them to think that the batteries need to be replaced too. That was 10 days ago and I have multiple emails back and forth where they say they "understand" but can't provide more details but they've passed my request along to the appropriate team. Then they finally emailed saying they've "attached the detailed inspection and damage assessment report for your repair case for your reference, which explains each item listed on the invoice," and you know what was attached? The same itemized invoice they already attached 10 days earlier that has NO explanations for what needs to be repaired. When I challenged them on this, they didn't acknowledge what they did but simply gave a templated response like they did before. Before this incident I was happily recommending Mammotion to friends and family but after this I will NOT be doing so anymore. Get a robot mower that you can take to a local repair shop where you can actually talk to a repair tech!
