Their customer service is exceptional! I had ordered 6 RACH ribbons thinking that would be plenty for one weekend. It wasn’t. I needed one more. So I ordered it after the event. To save me money they made two and the cost was less because of the reduced handling charges due to not meeting minimum order in the original order.
