The choice is the hard part
Choosing the knives were a problem as there are so many to pick from, once we made our mind up we ordered and had to complete an online verification proof of age. Order was processed and knives sent out, received within 10 days to be fair, wow they are very nice in person and already our kitchen go to knives.
