Terrible experience with company
I ordered a coat from this business and waited for shipping. When it arrived it was not the coat I ordered and an entirely different coat which I did not order. Upon complaining to the company I was given option of keeping the coat I had received and 50 percent refund. When I asked for a full refund as the company had taken my money for a coat which they inform was not available (but was advertised) the reply was to send the coat I did not order back and pay shipping costs myself! Shocking service needless to say the dispute goes on.
