This is the first time I give a bad rating to a company. I cannot express my disappointment in any other ways. Recently, I made a purchase online. Apparently is one size smaller. And wanted to make an exchange. However, there’s no way I can do it. There’s no respond and reply from their customer service online. I just need to make the exchange to the right size. However it seems like the most difficult thing to be done. And I cannot even exchange it at the store as they need to be approve online?? Yet no one respond online. Is it a scam or what?? Please advise. Thank you
