Keith
Keith, I want to thank you for all your help today. My wife got the city mixed up San Francisco versus San Diego and my daughter was so disappointed that we were going to have to cancel her trip to California. She is a straight A college student and I wanted to reward her for that but with the mixup I saw no way of fixing the situation. Thank you for everything you did today. The trip was correct it at no additional cost and I have a happy family. Thank you again, Victor Guye
