Poor customer service and product.
P*ss poor customer service and products. Bought 2 of their printers and had constant issues with both printers and no customer support from Sovol. They insist on being contacted through Facebook as a main means of communication then ignore messages. £500 wasted on their crappy products I can't even use. Should of gone with an Ender printer since Creality actually give a crap about their customers.
