This started bad but ended with decency
This started bad - I ordered a battery, according to their website it was the correct one for my laptop. When it arrived, it was a completely different shape and size to the original. The website was wrong. Here's the good bit - I told them there was a problem, they refunded me immediately, apologised for the mistake and suggested I sell the battery on eBay rather than returning it. Sometimes it's how a company behaves when they make a mistake which defines them as great.
