Not a pleasant experience.
Dragged my claim out by continually asking for more and more information and stating I had not filled in the correct claim form, I initially filled in a Staysure form which wasn't acceptable to Taurus so I had to submit a claim on a Taurus form. It would be made easier if you had requested ALL the information you required at the start and not spreading this out over several weeks.
