Not a serious company that sells very expensive equipment given the quality
I bought a $300 helmet with $30 insurance so I could have a replacement helmet at half price in the event of an accident. After a few months the chin strap attachment system broke without having had any accidents, so I wrote an email and I never got a response. Last month, almost a year after my first email the second side of the hook system also broke, I sent a second email to relaunch them and no response again. Not a serious company that sells very expensive equipment given the quality. Go your way.
