I started with Xianchao last month and it's a night and day difference vs working with suppliers off Aliexpress or CJDropshipping. They are extremely responsive, helpful, and transparent and they speak and understand English extremely well so there are never any misunderstandings. I had 2 calls with them before starting and they were able to address all questions or concerns I had, they understand that long-term growth for me means long-term growth for them in contrast to other suppliers who will just screw you over for short-term profit. They were also able to put branded thank you cards in my packages which creates that nice branded experience. On top of this, their prices are very competitive and they deliver on the shipping times they promise. I am definitely going to use Xianchao for all my future dropshipping business ventures, I wish I found them sooner because I could have avoided a bunch of headaches.
