Ordered a dress for my grandmother
Ordered a dress for my grandmother, dress arrived in good time but a week had lapse before I got my grandmother to try the dress. The dress was discolour and looked very cheap for the price and it didn't fit properly. I was unaware of the 7 day return policy as most companies offer atleast 14 or 28 days return. Tried to get a refund but was offered a discount on my next order or 10% refund. This was shocking as 10% couldn't even pay to alter the dress. Never ordering from this company again. Dresses do not look like the pictures and not fit for purpose. DO NOT ORDER from this site.
