I tried to apply for travel insurance via my smart phone. However, I was unable to retrieve my details when I log in. Keeps saying that my "one time password is invalid or has expired" any I've tried multiple times. I tried logging in first then apply but the website seems to log me out. I would give a better score if it is rectified.
