For low cost reqirements maybe acceptable
... but not for professionals. It starts with the so called Instant Quote. It is not the real price that you get there. If you think it is nice price and go to order, the PCBWay service guys send you a new price which is 20-50% over the Instant Quote. And nobody can give you a cogent statement why. Take it or leave it! The other issue is, you will never get an order confirmation from PCBWay. Only if the production started you can find out that surface or the copper thickness will be wrong, different from the data that you has sent. But if you complain now it does not matter, PCBWay do not care. They produce it with the wrong details and send you the wrong pcb, because you already paid for it in front.
