Horrible company and services
This is a really horrible company. They require money in advance on some “estimated” weight … Some of the payment methods they have are not working. I spent more than a week trying to transfer them money with no success. Their support stuff and management do noting regarding the raised issues etc, Purchasing anything from China especially by using the services of this company is really bad experience. Update: For items that weight about 7 kg. they made a parcel with weight 10 kg. When inquired to decrease the weight, they removed just 0.5 kg. and demanded more money. When raised the case with PayPal, they threaten to throw away the items etc.
