Excellent after sales customer experience! Ive ordered batteries and a charger. The charger arrived damaged, ive wrote to wattscycle e-mail. In no time @Mihel from support, sent a new charger. Great experience, seem to be great products. But what most fear is missing support after sales. I can confirm they answer quickly and no hassle with replacement. Fast delivery aswell, from Germany to Denmark.
