Unprofessional and unreachable
I ordered 2 bycicles and received only one. They said one was send back and would be returned with another provider. Furthermore I ordered 8 more items of which I never heard from again. Total silence for 4 days now. The phone number i tried 100 times at various moments is never answered. I am very disappointed to say the least. Probably I lost my money, so I am writing this to warn others. Please place this review. Edit: After a few days of this review i finally got connected to customer service when I used another phone? No response to my e-mails though. They promissed to set this right, so I will update when things are resolved.
