A month later still not shipped
Ordered £130 worth of tops for Christmas presents at the beginning of November. Its now 6th December and still no word of them being shipped! I emailed but got the standard response of 'we are busy, they will be shipped when they're ready'. Looks like they won't be here for Christmas now. I understand that some products may take longer but the real issue is lack of communication. My son gave me a list of tops he wanted so I could change my order to suit availability if I could actually speak to someone but it's impossible to get a live response. So bear in mind that this website is fine if everything goes smoothly but if there are any issues, you're on your own.
