Most of Trust Pilot's post on this company must be fake or writers promised a freebee to gush. I purchase a silver coin depicted on Bullion Star's website recently minted same year (2025). Website detail included a perfect image of the coin and described as 'beautiful' however the coin shipped from Bullion Star was actually extremely damaged, the metal was visually cut into and scratched. Typically, dealers would identify this type of item as ‘a market second.’ Upon contacted Bullion Star customer support via email with photos supporting the complaint; Bullion Star refused to authorize a refund nor partially refund. Buyers beware of Bullion Star, it isn't a deal if it is advertised as new and sent has a market second or nearly junk. Next: They offer to add free rounds on the next time you order, quickly cash your funds and don't respond to questions on shipping or tracking even though it's suppose to be 24/7 and 24 hour customer service. So now they have conned me out of two orders. They actually operate out of Singapore not the USA like it appears. Don't use, stay clear.
