Customer service can be better
Customer service can be better. I bought two sets but one malfunctioned so I contacted their support team from the website. They requested a video (which I provided) and they said I would receive a new set. It never arrived and they won’t return my emails. Update: I did receive a replacement set over the holidays. The new set works fine. I’m adjusting my review based on their integrity to replace the defective AirPods.
