Product failed after 6 months
Product failed after 6 months, they have had me doing pretty much research and development to as why it failed. Even scanned my network without informing me they would be data gathering my network information through "RouteThishelps" So beware if they get you to use this app you will be sending all your network information to Nanoleaf or whatever company it is for. But despite them unable to fix it they just keep getting me to perform test like I am being paid by them. So my light panels are broken apart from a blinking LED light on the controller and they refuse to acknowledge the issue, claim it is my network despite all my other smart devices working no issue together. I would avoid this product if you want a easy to setup and maintain product. Until they sort out the customer service and reliability of the products.
