The tiered plant stand I ordered from Liftad arrived from an overseas point of origin in good condition. After assembling it and trying it out, it was clear that the item would not work for the large, heavy plants I had in mind. After a number of email communications with Litfad Support, we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement and my payment of $195 was refunded.
