When I went on your site search bar I specifically entered Umidigi A13 Pro Max charge port. A charge port came up that said it was for the A13 Pro, so I ordered it thinking that was the port I needed. When delivered I found it was the wrong part. I contacted CS about an exchange and the wrong part being sent, I clearly entered what I was looking for so to me , they have the wrong part listed for that phone. They tell me I can return the item on which a already paid about $7 delivery for a $8 part and now they want me to pay again for shipping to return it for a refund as they actually don't have the part I was trying to order. In my opinion, they should send me a postage pd envelope for the return which isn't worth me returning as I'll spend more to do so. I won't be shopping on Sunsky anymore for this reason. I found the part also on Ali Express for less plus free shipping. Sorry Sunsky, you've lost this customer for future sales.
