Customer Service needs to imprive Response Time
Packaging, pricing and delivery were great. But I wrote immediately that neither chamber worked, out of the box! My order is 98462, User # 2775272259697. The old chamber, though cracked at the bottom, still works fine, Neither new chamber works! I filled out the Contact form, but no response after a week! I hope they e-mail me!
