Really serious company. I purchased from far away and in any case the goods arrived within 10 days. The remote control did not work, I contacted the company via email and they informed me that they had purchased the wrong remote control, but they guided me through a link to reprogram the remote control correctly according to the device I needed. Now it works perfectly. Their assistance is really appreciable. Highly recommended.
