False advertising on home page
False advertising on home page. Customer service did not follow though on promise to provide a discount. Order was cancelled for no reason. I will never shop on this site again. Update after reply below: I see they replied here that they have tried to contact me multiple times with no success. That is another lie. I was taking to a rep about the issue who promised to give me a credit for what was advertised on the site. Then the next day my order was cancelled with an explanation that they were out of stock on the product (however it still was available on their site and still even shows as available today after a week, so that was another lie by them). Even though they cancelled my order, they actually never credited the charge on my credit card. I ended up needing to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
